Cercle de Coopération des ONG de développement is the plateform of development NGOs in Luxembourg and counts 80 member organisations. It was created in the 1970′s as an initiative of Luxembourg development NGOs.

The Cercle concentrates on capacity building for its membres: with technical advice on projects, on developement education initiatives and trainings on technical or administrative topics. It also focusses on encouraging (geographical or thematic) synergies between Luxembourg CSOs. On the advocacy side, the Cercle represents its member organisations towards the government and other external stakeholders and advocates for stronger coherence of politics in favour of development.
