Make sure that the 2 files you are uploading have the following names: Surname_FirstName_CV and Surname_FirstName_CoverLetter; e.g. if Peter Bloggs applied for the job we would expect files with the following names: Bloggs_Peter_CV and Bloggs_Peter_CoverLetter]
